Processing Time

As soon as we receive your payment, we immediately process and dispatch your order to our suppliers for order verification, tailoring, quality checks, and packaging. All orders process in 1-4 business days. Customers receive a confirmation email upon processing completion.

Shipping Time

This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouses to the destination of our customers. Both domestic and international deliveries take 5-14 business days, varying by destination and customs. Times are estimates; carriers or holidays may cause minor delays.

Tracking Information

A tracking number emails automatically once shipped, typically within 24 hours of dispatch. Use the provided link for real-time updates either on our website or via external carriers.
